The Towlerton Medical Diagnostic Building has now reached construction completion!

The Medical Diagnostic Building has now reached construction completion, and we are proud to provide these vital facilities for the Mid-West region. This five-storey, 5,529 sq.m building will provide essential diagnostic services including X-ray, MRI, PET-CT, CT scan, and mammography, along with consulting rooms, treatment areas, offices, and more — all purpose-built to meet the evolving needs of our community.

Now home to Bon Secours Dutch, the facility represents a significant step forward in regional healthcare. A big thank you to our project partners Healy Partners, GARLAND, Jensen Hughes, Woods PS, Edward Cotter Partnership, and Town & Country Resources Ltd, and to our exceptional Conack site team for bringing this vision to life! The project was delivered with over 158,000 hours worked and zero lost time incidents — a testament to the team’s commitment to safety and excellence.
